GENERAL INFORMATION. This site contains information about the Astellas Global Health Foundation. Please feel free to browse this website, although only qualified organizations invited to submit a grant request will be provided access to the Foundation Grant Management System. Your access and use of the information herein are subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing this website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they supersede any other agreement between you and the Foundation.

PRIVACY. Our policies concerning the use of your personal information are set forth in the Internet Privacy Policy Statement and incorporated by reference herein. By using this site or the services provided by or through this site, you agree to waive and release the Foundation from any claim or liability in connection with the collection, use, or disclosure of information consistent with the Internet Privacy Policy Statement .
